1-08 Illuminated p-n-junction

So far we have focused on the behavior of a pn junction in thermal equilibrium in the dark. In this lesson, we will look at the pn junction without thermal equilibrium. We will take a closer look at what happens when we apply a voltage to the pn junction or illuminate it.
